Founder's Message
After graduating from university and stepping into the demanding professional world, I quickly became aware of a significant decline in my happiness and overall life satisfaction. The long hours at work, coupled with the relentless consumption of coffee, created an environment of constant stress and burnout. This overwhelming lifestyle made it clear that I needed to find a solution to restore balance.
In my search for relief, I discovered the impact our feminine cycles can have on our physical and emotional health. As I learned to embrace and align with my menstrual flow, I began to implement practices that nurtured my body and well being. The results were incredible—I felt a renewed sense of happiness and satisfaction in my life.
Inspired by my journey, I decided to create a clean inner beauty brand focused on helping other women find their own hormonal and flow balance. And so, Flow was born. Join me on this journey to discover how you, too, can find balance and empower yourself from within!
